PPC Acquires MASTERMOLDING – Phoenix

On December 31, 2021, PPC completed an asset acquisition of MasterMolding’s Phoenix, AZ location.  This addition allows PPC to service new customers and markets in the region and provides additional capacity for current PPC customers.

PPC Acquires 4Front Manufacturing

On March 2, 2020, PPC completed an acquisition of 4Front Manufacturing in Phoenix, AZ.  The addition of this facility provides the opportunity to serve a new geographic region for the company and expands capacity to support an existing customer in the area.

PPC Wins Award From Key Customer for its Performance as a Distinguished Supplier

On April 12, 2018, Plastic Products was awarded a Distinguished Supplier Award from one of our key customers at their Presidents’ Council Summit.  PPC President, Ben Holder, presented a program entitled Success Through Strong Relationships and Collaboration to the Summit’s 250 attendees.

Plastic Products Company, Inc. Awarded MN/Dakotas Chapter of the ESOP Assoc. 2018 Company of the Year

Representatives from PPC’s ESOP committee accepted the 2018 Company of the Year Award at the MN/Dakotas ESOP chapter meeting in Fargo, ND on April 12, 2018.  This honor is awarded to the company for demonstrating its commitment to employee ownership as shown by its active involvement with the ESOP Association, communication with employees and outside parties about the benefits of employee ownership, and activities promoting an ownership culture. PPC will be competing with 17 other chapter finalists for the National ESOP Association* Company of the Year award to be announced at the Annual Conference on May 24th, 2018, in Washington, DC.

*The ESOP Association is America’s largest employer-sponsored advocacy and education association focused on employee stock ownership plans. Founded in 1978, the Association seeks to enhance federal laws governing ESOPs, provide members with expert information, and fund research via the Employee Ownership Foundation (an affiliate).  The ESOP Association is a national non-profit organization with 18 local Chapters. Its members include ESOP companies, companies considering an ESOP, and service providers that assist in setting up and maintaining ESOPs.

PLASTIC PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. TO EXPAND IN GREENFIELD

NASHVILLE— Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd along with Plastic Products Company, Inc. officials announced today the company will invest $1.4 million to expand operations at its Greenfield facility. The custom plastic injection and blow molding manufacturer will create 35 new jobs in Weakley County.

“I want to thank Plastic Products for choosing to expand its operations in Greenfield,” Boyd said. “With over 670 operations in the chemicals, plastics and rubber industry, it is great news when one of those establishments chooses to expand in our state. Thanks, Plastic Products, for strengthening Team Tennessee and for creating these valuable jobs for our workforce.”

Plastic Products is a world class custom plastic injection and blow molding manufacturer. The 100 percent employee owned company specializes in manufacturing a variety of products in various markets including appliances, automotive, building products, consumer products and electronics. With this expansion, the company will be adding a new line and will be better equipped to keep up with its growing customer demand.
