Engineering support doesn't end when the design is approved. Project engineers manage the tool build and fine tune the performance of the entire manufacturing process. Automated equipment and a well trained staff make production more efficient. Our focus is to optimize the manufacturing process to improve quality and lower cost. State of the art presses use close loop systems to precisely control the molding cycle.This enables us to achieve faster cycle times and tighter tolerances. With over 200 presses from 25 to 1500 tons and automated material handling, PPC is well equipped to handle large or small volume production.
